I know times are tough with the economy but fitness MUST still be a high priority! If you are low on money, at least maintain your health, it'll be all you have in the end! I am an experienced personal trainer that serves in the Marine Corps currently. I'm looking to do some personal training on the side to keep my certifications up to date and my mind fresh on fitness and nutrition! Each session will be an hour long and only $20.
Sessions: The first session will be 30 min of discussing goals and 30 min of a challenging workout. I will give you a notebook and show you how to keep track of your goals. The notebook consists of healthy recipes for dinner, articles I have written, tips and tricks, and a blank personal journal for yourself. The second and all other appointments thereafter, if you choose to come back ;) will be full hour workout sessions. These workouts aren't your average, everyday workouts; that gets too boring! My goal is to educate you on how you CAN lose weight and/or get fit and/or train for that certain sport in a way you never thought of! I will show you how you can make better decisions nutritionally and show you workout sessions that keep you challenged while having fun! What this will do for you is help you know how to design your own workout routines and diet so you can be successful in whatever your fitness goals are! That way, you can be your own personal trainer!
My Qualifications: NFPT personal training certification, CPR/AED certification, Marine trained for Semper Fitness program and basic nutrition certificate
