MMA / Boxing

I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years. I am currently certified through NASM, but have been ACE, IFPA, 24 Fit-Pro, and ISSA certified in the past. I am also an EMT, certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association, and am an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor. I work with my clients to accomplish their goals. My fees are related to your goals and financial abilities not length of contract. I was a professional MMA fighter in my 20's (before it got real big) so I have been to the extreme and can train to it. I also have Cystic Fibrosis so I understand how to manage fitness while dealing with chronic health issues.
