1. The Ab Wheel- Remember this? You might have seen thisdevise at some point in your life. They are so simple, so basic; it has been there all along. You would be most likely to find one at a second hand store or packed away in someone’s garage with other fitness antiques. Do you know someone who has one? The only people that have these that I have seen all have been in extremely good shape. Do you know why? It WORKS! These wheels will really take you to the limit as far as effort goes.
This is not what we like. This is hard. This takes time. This works, but you have to work. Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in using this device in your workout routine as a metaphor for how we need to live our lives. Pick up one of these wheels, (they sell them at target) start using it, don't give up! Be one of those who knows how to work for it, you do not need to take shortcuts in your workout or your life!- ATR-Editor
2. The Hand Grip - This simple piece of equipment can change your workouts as you know them. The logic is that "the chain is only as strong as it's weakest link." When doing pull ups, you may notice your hands/fingers might be the first to hurt and give before your back or biceps. This curtails your reps leaving your lats underworked. Now, picture yourself doing pull-ups without ever having to expend and inordinate amount of energy on you grip because you have developed you hand strength to the point when your finger are now acting as metal hooks on the bar. You are not worried about grip and now you can fell your back/lats being used. Now you are doing pull ups! Seriously this simple hand grip exercise is a stress relief and it is so beneficial. Pull-ups are just the beginning of the changes you will notice in you exercises. A close second is how much more you can curl.
